(PAAC)
dedicates funds and contributions from donations, grants, and
community partners in interest to help level the playing
field for misfortunate and abused children and
families of multicultural
communities to
clear the way for higher education, better jobs, housing,
healthcare, liberties, and pursuits expected and enjoyed
as constitutionally intended by a majority of
American's.
(PAAC)
provides
financial assistance to other non profit organizations or
services having these principles, whose focus is related to
misfortunate young people and families
of
multicultural
communities
including qualified and accredited marriage
and family counseling or other specific treatments or therapy
needed for a holistic approach to overcoming post trauma from
abuses and past experiences including
behavioral cycles and
dependencies, to make way for higher education and quality of
life.
We
are committed to
helping fund athletic and music programs for children
such as soccer, tennis, baseball, choir, orchestra and,
creative arts including the availability of scholarships
for outstanding achievements in overcoming challenges
brought about from misfortune and
abuse.
These
programs contribute to positive mental health and well
being of all children, but are often out of reach
for misfortunate children and families because of
financial requirements for instruments, equipment, summer
programs, and trips.
As part
of a well rounded agenda to help level the playing field for
qualified young people and families
of
multicultural communities, (PAAC)
provides
financial resources for private investigations in
cooperation with federal
agencies relating to violations of discrimination or
deprival of equal
protection of law and constitutional
rights resulting from
an
misfortunate
status.
(PAAC)
also
cooperates with state and
federal law enforcement to prosecute violators under
federal civil rights and other applicable
statutes.
