Our research shows that misfortunate children by no choice of their own, are the victims of many abuses including neglect from a society which for the most part, ignores the issue of  misfortune and the effect on the American economy and future stability.

Our research has also shown that in order to break the cycles that lead to  misfortune and the common abuses affecting misfortunate children, ineffective policies, statutes, procedures, methods, and personnel which have enabled a misfortunate behavior to continue for generations... rather than address the causes and break the cycles that lead to misfortunate behavior, has resulted in a waste of taxpayer resources, a positive contribution to the American community and economy, as well as greater risk to national security which must be changed or eliminated.

Therefore, the Mission of (PAAC) encourages Americans (government and private, employer, employee, and multicultural communities) working together individually and collectively with a common purpose and investment for the future and security of America for all Americans as a whole.
