(PAAC) is dedicated to providing assistance in areas of need which result in breaking the cycles of behavior that lead to misfortune and child abuses through a holistic approach which includes specific counseling, job training, equal protection of law and resources to level the playing field.

This will clear the way for higher education for misfortunate children and their families that are otherwise overlooked or neglected by other agencies.

As part of who we are, we are legal professionals and lawmakers whose efforts bring reform to broken and ineffective laws, policies, and enforcement of laws intended for the protection of Constitutional Rights and Equal Justice for the young and less fortunate.

All of which enable's misfortunate children and families to have the same privileges, protections, and opportunities enjoyed by Americans who are not misfortunate without obstruction or denial of rights and privilege due to their lack of resources and knowledge to defend their rights.
